Ken Shamrock, who was formerly known as the “World’s Most Dangerous Man” finally picked up a much-needed win this past weekend when competing against Joanathan Ivey in Lafayette, Louisiana.

The two men competed under the USA-MMA promotional banned on October 16 with Shamrock taking a unanimous decision victory after a serious eye poke caused Ivey’s vision to be reduced to a level at which he clearly could not see Ken’s punches coming in the last round.

Prior to the win, Shamrock has gone 2-6 in the past five years despite being a former world champ. He was also busted for steroid use in 2009 after a win over now-deceased super-heavyweight Ross Clifton.
