As you may already know, the UFC is putting on a benefit evening of fights being billed as “UFC Fight For The Troops”. The event takes place Wednesday, December 10 at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, N.C. Spike TV will be airing the main card for free beginning at 8 p.m. ET.

What makes this event special is that you, the American MMA fan, can call in during the fights and donate money to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. I personally am a big supporter of this, and have been working to get out the word as much as possible. Hence, you’ll likely see an increase in the amount of Fight For The Troops posts I’m putting up, here at 6th-Round.com.

UFC President Dana White has put together a video to promote an auction they’ve set up for one lucky fan and a friend, to enjoy fight night in style…and in the action. If you have deep pockets or know someone who does, watch the video below.
