Tommy H.’s UFC 95: “Sanchez vs. Stevenson” picks and predictions

Hey MMA fans, Tommy H here, back with my predictions for UFC 95!  This one looks to be very exciting as Diego Sanchez makes his debut in the Lightweight division.  Let’s get started with the first fight of the night.
Main event:
155 lbs.: Diego Sanchez (19-2) vs. Joe Stevenson (29-9)
Main card (Televised):
170 lbs.: Dan Hardy (20–6) vs. Rory Markham (16-4)
185 lbs.: Nate Marquardt (27-8-2) vs. Wilson Gouveia (12-5)
185 lbs.: Demian Maia (9-0) vs. Chael Sonnen (21-9-1)
170 lbs.: Josh Koscheck (12-3) vs. Paulo Thiago (7-0)

UFC 95 main card officially announced for Spike TV

Ladies and gents, UFC 95’s main card is solidified. These fights will take place on Feb 21 in London, England at the O2 Arena, and air via Spike TV. That’s right, no pay-per-view costs and much needed reprieve from laying down 45 bones several times in the last few weeks.
Noteable talking points at UFC 95 include Diego Sanchez making his lightweight debut against 155 lbs. contender Joe “Daddy” Stevenson, and Nate Marquardt looking to best Wilson Gouveia to move in close for a title shot in the middleweight division.

UFC 95 to be airing on Spike TV, from London on Sat., Feb 21

The official word is out that Spike TV will definitely be airing UFC 95 event from the O2 Arena in London, England. The event takes placed next month and has a pretty solid card of fights.
Headlining, will be a lightweight bout between Joe “Daddy” Stevenson and Diego “Nightmare” Sanchez, with Sanchez making his debut in the 155 lbs. weight class.
With UFC 94 and 96 fairly close (calendar-wise) on both sides of 95, the event was originally schedule for PPV but will now be available to all who have access to …

Joe Stevenson vs. Diego Sanchez could be UFC 95 main event

Diego Sanchez (19-2) recently informed the UFC that he would gladly fight at lightweight, dropping down in size from welterweight. Ask and ye shall receive, as he’ll now have to likely take on 155 lb force Joe “Daddy” Stevenson (29-9).
Stevenson is a great athlete with a rock solid set of skills, but has had a rough go of it inside the Octagon as of late. After reaching #1 contender status and then losing to BJ Penn in a bloody two-round battle, he rebounded with a great win over Gleison Tibau. …

Your superfight wish is Dana’s command, GSP vs. Anderson Silva possible

Recently a press conference was held at which UFC President Dana White was present and confirmed something rather intriguing to even the most casual of MMA fans. White said the UFC may be interested in organizing a “superfight” between current UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre and UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva. The catch - if GSP beats his opponent at UFC 94, lightweight champ BJ Penn.
So many champions, so many match-ups, eh?
