Duane “Bang” Ludwig returns to UFC at “108″ as replacement for injured Sean Sherk

The injuries just do…not…stop coming for the cursed UFC 108 fight card. The latest victim of the dark cloud hanging over this show is Sean Sherk, who was stepping in as a replacement against Jim Miller. Now that he will mend his own body, former UFC fighter Duane “Bang” Ludwig has been tapped as the new opponent.

Lightweights Mac Danzig and Jim Miller to meet at UFC 100

UFC 100 has just received another boost to its already fast-developing, historic fight card. Talented lightweights Mac Danzig (18-6-1) and Jim Miller (13-2) will meet in the Octagon on July 11, on the preliminary portion of the evening.
The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 6 winner Danzig has lost four of his last six fights, most recently dropping two bouts to Clay Guida (decision) and Josh Neer (submission). He now finds himself in a must-win situation, and matchmaker Joe Silva has handed Mac another tough challenge in Jim Miller.

Cantwell, Koscheck, Miller and Wiman all earn Fight Night 16 bonuses

After a thrilling series of dominant performances inside the Octagon last night at Fight Night 16: “UFC Fight for the Troops” several bonuses were handed out to the following fighters.

Fight of the Night : Jim Miller vs. Matt Wiman
Submission of the Night : Steve Cantwell
Knockout of the Night : Josh Koscheck

Jim Miller replaces injured Frankie Edgar on UFC Fight for the Troops card

Frankie Edgar is now out of UFC Fight for the Troops, due to an injury. Lightweight up-and-comer Jim Miller will take Edgar’s place against Matt Wiman on Wednesday, December 10 at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, N.C.
