Miguel Torres successfully defended his title in the 135 lbs. division, fending off a very game opponent in Takeya Mizugaki. WAMMA lightweight champ Shinya Aoki will get his long-awaited rematch against popular Japanese fighter Hayato “Mach” Sakurai at DREAM.8.
The Nippon Gaishi Hall in Nagoya, Japan will be the stage for this 155 lbs. bout, and you better believe both want this win. Aoki is on a roll as of late, and “Mach” has been a fixture at the top of Japanese MMA (DREAM, PRIDE, Shooto) for years.
