Texas based mixed martial arts fight promotion company, Shark Fight Promotions, announced yesterday that due to Irvin’s “alleged” steroid allegations and an undisclosed injury that Alexander suffered during training, they were forced to pull the bout from Shark Fights 14. The organization was quick to replace Alexander vs. Irvin with an equally compelling bout. The new co-main event features top ranked female fighters Tara LaRosa and Carina Damm, a highly anticipated bout that has been in the works for nearly three years.
