MMA on TV reminder: Fight Night 19 and TUF 10 premier tonight

To kick things off on Spike TV (where you’ll surely find yourself glued all night) the UFC dishes out another supreme, free card with Fight Night 19. Headlining will be lightweights Nate Diaz and Melvin Guillard but one can expect the entire line-up to be top shelf.

Pulling up the rear in a huge way (literally) is the new season (10) of The Ultimate Fighter. “Heavyweights” features some of the sports hardest-hitting guys on the brink of big time success. Season favorite Roy “Big Country” Nelson finds himself in a house with plenty of other hungry, aspiring 225+ pounders including one Internet sensation known to all across the sport as Kimbo Slice.
