wcf logoFresh off a win at WCF 8, WEC Veteran Mike “The Beast” Campbell is set to headline WCF 9 when he takes on tough NY native, Marc Stevens. Campbell is 7-2 overall, and is 2-0 in the WCF with 2 first round TKO wins. Campbell moves down to his optimal fight weight of 155 lbs. to take on his toughest opponent to date in the new weight class. Stevens is a dominant wrestler with fantastic ground and pound, and was 4-0 in 2009 (12-4 overall) with big wins over Hitalo Machado and “Mr. Big” Al Buck. Stevens is currently ranked #2 in New England at 155 lbs. and he looks to continue his rise to the top on February 26, but standing in his way is “The Beast.”

Also recently added to WCF 9 is a match up between two of the areas most exciting & popular middleweight fighters, undefeated Mike Zichelle and Stephen Stengel. Neither fighter has ever been in a boring fight, and they are likely to steal the show on February 26. Both have KO power, and this one won’t go the distance.

Riding a 4 fight winning streak, Aniss Alhajjajy makes his return to WCF when he takes on the very slick Chris Chappell. Chris is making his WCF debut, but comes in with a 4-2 pro record. Aniss has looked great, winning 3 out of his 4 fights by submission, but he faces his toughest challenge to date in Chappell, who may be the first fighter he’s faced who can match him on the ground.
