Josh talks about the time off after his hard-fought loss to Thiago Alves, his excitement at winding down training and getting back in the Octagon, and more. He’ll take on judo specialist Yoshiyuki Yoshida tonight to show he belongs at the upper ranks of the 170 lbs. division.
