EliteXC: “Heat” will air this Saturday evening, October 4 on CBS, featuring a highly anticipated match-up between current 170 lbs champ Jake Shields (21-4–1) and Paul “Semtex” Daley (18-6–2).

Many MMA pundits and fans alike, consider Shields to be in the ranks alongside greats such as Georges St. Pierre. Many newcomers to MMA have not heard much of Jake, but will get their second chance at seeing him perform this weekend on broadcast television.

Daley, with a massive fan base in England, is looking to take out Shields in a dominant manner, as you’ll see him state in the video below. “Semtex” is not to be overlooked, and is currently riding a mean six fight win streak.
