CB Dollaway vs Jorge Rivera at UFC 92
CB “The Doberman” Dollaway (7-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) will meet veteran fighter Jorge “El Conquistador” Rivera (15-7 MMA, 4-5 UFC) at UFC 92 on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas at the Madalay Bay Events Center, as reported by WrestlingObserver.com. Rivera is coming off a disappointing loss to Martin Kampmann at UFC 85 but also recently KO’d Kendall “Da Spyder” Grove back at 80.
CB has also ridden his share of ups and downs in his short UFC tenure thus far, with a submission loss to TUF 7 winner Amir Sadollah and most recently delivering ex-UFC issue Jesse Taylor. While both men will be looking to raise their stock in the middleweight division, it will be a great display of experience against raw youth.
Look for Rivera to employ his proven striking abilities which his camp at Sityodtong are so well known for breeding, and for Dollaway out of Arizona Combat Sports to answer with his renowned wrestling and ever-improving stand up.
