Dustin Hazelett is likely a happy man right now, a change from mere weeks ago. His previously scheduled bout with Karo Parisyan was canceled after Parisyan flaked before the weigh-ins. The fight would have been “McLovin’s” return to action after a year of rehabbing a knee ligament injury/surgery. In the end, Karo was banned from the organization (as his laundry list of excuses and drug problems mounted) and Dustin was paid his show/win money by Dana White and Co. but all the promising welterweight truly wanted was a return to …

While this match is on the rocks (although Matt Veach is rumored to be stepping in), an addition is in the air with Houston Alexander rumored to …

Jon Fitch will no longer face Thiago Alves at UFC 107. Alves has reportedly suffered a knee injury during training and has pulled out of the recently scheduled bout.
Fitch’s original opponent was to be Ricardo Almeida and the would meet at 106, however Almeida suffered an injury and was forced to withdraw. The injury was, oddly enough, the knee. The cursed match making at this time of year leaves not many options left for the top-tier welterweight.
If Fitch was even willing to fight his teammates Josh Koscheck or Mike Swick, …
