Brock Larson in for injured Koscheck against Chris Wilson at UFC 98
As we reported earlier last week, Josh Koscheck has been injured (broken toe) and will not be competing at UFC 98. That unfortunate turn left fighter Chris Wilson without an opponent, and without his chance to bounce back from a UFC 94 loss to John Howard.
Have no fear, Brock Larson is here. Larson made a successful re-entry into the Octagon at Fight Night 18 last week, after having racked up an impressive record within the WEC.
Brock fights out of Minnesota Martial Arts Academy is known to have relentless power and top tier conditioning. Just ask Jesse Sanders, the man who was most recently on the receiving end of those qualities.
As for Koscheck, he’ll likely heal up from such an injury within a few weeks and look to fight before the end of summer (speculation). If you’ll remember, Josh stated he wishes to fight five times in ‘09.
