Hello again 6TH ROUND FANS, UFC 100 is finally here. Tonight’s PPV event features 2 very hyped and very epic battles for the Heavyweight title and the welterweight title.

As far back as I recall (going back to UFC 8 when I started watching the sport) there has never been title fights with this much adrenaline, anticipation and enthusiasm.

The card is truly one for the ages and will no doubt be a huge leap for MMA around the globe. Lets take a look at my picks shall we…

Update: Picks outcome of 8-5

Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir: Lesnar has been working on submission defense and he will be aggressive yet respectful of Mir experience. Do not expect Brock to make the same mistake as their last fight and get trapped in a sub. Lesnar will dominate the fight and squeak out a victory in the 3rd round.

Georges St. Pierre vs. Thiago Alves: St. Pierre has proven time and time again to overcome even the biggest odds. Thiago will probably come into the fight nearly tipping 200 lbs but still have the stamina and cardio of a 170 lber. However, GSP is one is becoming the greatest welterweight and a victory tonight will solidify his place among legends. GSP by TKO in round 1

Michael Bisping vs. Dan Henderson: This is not only a battle of The Ultimate Fighter Coaches but its literally country vs. country. USA’s Dan Henderson and the UK’s own Michael Bisping go toe to toe for a potential title shot against the king of the middleweights, Anderson Silva. I believe Henderson still has a strong fire burning deep within and another shot at the title will help him top off his career. Expect Dan to take this 3 round for a unanimous decision victory.

Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Alan Belcher: A veteran of Dream and K1, Akiyama has been on an impressive win streak since his last defeat over 4 years ago. Expect this win streak to continue tonight with a decision over Belcher.

Jon Fitch vs. Paulo Thiago: Fitch will be a focused man tonight and will take a victory!

Stephan Bonnar vs. Mark Coleman: Bonnar by 2nd round TKO, Coleman will gas in the 1st round.

Jon Jones vs. Jake O’Brien: Jones via TKO in the first round

C.B. Dollaway vs. Tom Lawlor: C.B Dollaway will take this fight the distance and win in the 3rd round.

Mac Danzig vs. Jim Miller: Jim Miller will be victorious in an epic battle. Decision to Miller

TJ Grant vs. Dong Hyun Kim: Kim by KO in Round 2

Matt Grice vs. Shannon Gugerty: Grice via unanimous decision

Since launch my current record is a respectable 40-22. I have missed a few picks and predictions but I can guarantee that no more events will be missed. Enjoy the show!
